Thursday New Release

Thursday has announced they will be releasing a new DVD/CD entitled "Kill the House Lights" - Live and Unreleased. The DVD/CD will drop on October 30th on Victory Records. It will contain new and old tracks with live music, interviews and much more.

Thursday is will also be on a short tour which will include Los Angeles at the El Rey Theatre. Sorry, San Diego...you aren't loved!

Copeland Leaves Columbia

According to a recent MySpace bulletin, Copeland stated they have parted ways with Columbia Records due to some key people being let go at Columbia, such as their A&R Rep. The members of Copeland are relieved rather than stressing, for they feel they would've been lost in the mix if they had stayed at Columbia.

There is talk about writting a new album, and they are putting together a b-sides cecord for release late this year.

The Receiving End of Sirens' New Video

The Receiving End of Sirens recently dropped their album "The Earth Sings Mi Fa Mi" last month. Today TREOS debuted their new video for "Smoke and Mirrors on MTVU.

Senses Fail Recording New Material

Senses Fail has recently recorded and finished some new songs prior to their fall tour. The songs aren't posted yet but "hopefully in the near future," according to a Senses Fail MySpace bulletin.

Senses Fail will be in San Diego with New Found Glory on November 23rd and 24th at the House of Blues.

Dashboard Confessional

Last week I tried debuting Dashboard Confessional's latest from the upcoming album "The Shade of Poison Trees"...

Don't think it went too well because of some problems on my end, but it sounded Great!.... hopefully when the album drops I will play more of it.

This album will be a great turning point for Dashboard Confessional, for vocalist Chris Carrabba has decided to return to his roots where he captured the hearts of his most die-hard fans. We all can admit that Dashboard Confessional has changed over the past couple years... But finally, Carrabba returning to an acoustic guitar will please the most out of a Dashboard fan!

Jimmy Eat World V. Angels and Airwaves

I've been listening to Jimmy Eat Worlds latest single 'Big Casino' and AVA's 'Everythings Magic'... Both are incredible songs. I can't wait for both album to drop. JEW drops on October 16th and AVA's new album drops a week later.

The beginning...

New blogs call for writting more.... I've written blogs for nearly four years when Mspace first began. I only remember 5000 people on there. Funny.
